Frequently Asked Questions 

How long will my jewellery take to arrive?

Up to 10 working days. Although i do everything within my power to get your brand new jewels to you sooner sometimes that is just not possible depending on the design and stock levels of the piece. Everything is handmade and sometimes that just takes time.

Can i get my items quicker?

Sometimes - yes. When you chose to upgrade your delivery profile to Special Delivery i always try to dispatch as fast as i can however sometimes, again due to design and stock levels it may not be possible. The best thing to do if your working with a tight timescale is to contact me and see what can be done.

Why is the dispatch time so long?

Every piece you see is handmade to order for you. I don't keep a huge stock of jewellery in the workshop so usually each piece is started from scratch of each order, due to working alone this can sometimes be delayed due to volume of work and orders at peak times like the lead up to christmas.

Do you do repairs and re-sizing?

I offer 1 single re-size of rings (without stones) and bangles if they are for a gift. I generally only repair and re-size my own work. That being said, if you'd like to speak about the possibility of me repairing or re-sizing an item please get in touch. Re-sizing silver rings without stones starts at £20, re-sizing gold without stones starts at £40. Rings with stones will be priced on a singular basis as its a more complex process and will range from £40-150 for silver and £50-400 for gold.

Re-models

What does it cost?

Re-models start at £140 regardless of the metal used, so keep this in mind if you want me to remodel silver, as sometimes just buying new may be a cheaper option. Each re-model is priced as an estimate and the price can only be confirmed once the work has been completed as some take longer than others. 

How does it work?

You get 1 free consultation with me to discuss the possibilities and ideas you have. This typically lasts 30 minutes, and you do not have to make a decision in that time - after this you'll be provided with an estimate for the work. No work will begin until 50% of the estimate is paid, this is non refundable and covers all further meetings and correspondence, any extra materials needed and my time for designs. The final balance is due on receipt of your piece and the piece will remain with me until the balance is paid.
