I love all things jewellery- my inspiration comes from the connections between man made structures i.e pylons and windmills and natural structures like trees and hills in and around Scotland. I love the landscape I’m surrounded by from the cranes on the coast of the Clyde to the windmills in the middle of rolling fields and I make jewellery to reflect this. I use a lot of texture in my pieces which naturally occurs when making and also man made texture by hammering.
I graduated from Glasgow School of Art in 2014 but jewellery was just a hobby until July 2018 when I registered NM47.
I supply local craft shops and I love speaking to people at markets. I shop small whenever i can because i love supporting small businesses - i know how happy it makes me knowing the person or people behind my purchase.
